Advantages: Everything
Disadvantages: None at all
Recently I have had my long hair completely chopped off and best thing I ever did was that too! I love my healthy, bouncy and easier to style hair that now takes minimal styling and I'm back to spending an absolute fortune on haircare products for my hair again because I can see the point in them now!
On a recent shopping trip to Boots I saw this retailing at £5.49 a tube and continued walking by to be honest! I didn't need it and decided it was wasting my dosh! However when I saw it in my local 99p shop on the same day (yep it cost 99p!) I couldn't find a single reason not to treat myself to one!
The Packaging....
150ml silver, plastic tube with white plastic frosted flip top lid concealing a small hole situated at the bottom. In black and bright pink writing (all over the tube) on the front I'm told it is Nicky Clarke 'Endless Wave' Curl Defining Intensive Treat Conditioner. On the back of the tube I'm told a bit about the product, directions for use are given, I'm given contact details for Nicky Clarke, cautions and ingredients are listed, size and the recycle symbol are shown and finally there is a bar-code on there. Very nice simple, colour co-ordinated and smart this is and great in a nice bathroom lol.
A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Tube....
Endless Waves is all about making the most of your natural assets, whether they're waves or curls, this range will help banish frizz, add definition and enhance shape to leave hair soft and silky.
Available in every Nicky Clarke salon, this intensive nourishing treatment delivers sleek and shiny results to rebellious hair, creating a protective barrier that enhances curls, tames frizz, detangles and helps guard against heat styling damage. So, you get deeply nourished silky, sleek, natural-looking curls wash after wash.
Directions For Use....
'If you've got curls with a mind of their own, this de-frizzing intensive conditioning treat is for you. It's easy to use - work through washed hair from roots to ends. Using a wide-tooth comb, spread evenly and leave to work for 1-3 minutes before rinsing. If your hair's really dry, apply and wrap your head in a warm towel or shower cap for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, blot excess water with a towel, comb through with a wide- tooth comb, style as usual and enjoy your deeply conditioned, well frizz-free curls'.
My Experience Using It....
I didn't expect to love it because as a rule I've never felt that Nicky Clarke was a great range of products in the past. I do now! This is truly brilliant!
My hair is very prone to frizz. I style it straight usually although my hair is naturally wavy and my roots are very prone to becoming greasy whilst my ends like to be dry. I tend to have to style my hair straight to get it looking any good at all which is why I thought this type of product may help me make the most of my natural bounce and waves.
Using it is incredibly easy indeed. As directed I wash my hair, comb it through and basically make sure my hair isn't dripping wet. I then apply about the size of a 10 pence piece to my jawline cut hair. The conditioner a light cream in colour, smells amazing and professional with a hint of flowers to it that really is fresh and yummy and it is glossy to the touch making this easy to apply.
Once I've applied it I either comb it through or leave it and I leave it on my hair for about 3 minutes as a rule but I have left it on my hair in the bath of which I've sat in for an hour as well with no adverse side effects or anything lol!
It rinses out very easily, leaves hair smelling wonderfully fragranced and above all when drying your hair it feels soft, shiny and strong and hair is very easy to comb through.
I then leave my hair to dry naturally or give it a blow dry and my hair is left still, smelling lovely (of which the smell stays for hours as fresh as a daisy and in my view is quite a feminine smell so one for the ladies) and my hair is left defined, frizz-free, healthy and incredibly shiny. More than that my hair is just so soft to the touch but I can still manage it and use styling products if I desire to!
I truly love this, it is an incredibly base for continuation of styling and really does deliver all of it's promises. It hydrates where I need it to and doesn't upset my greasy patches at all. My hair with this on has never looked so fresh (like it's just been freshly coloured) and even my friend said the other day I cant believe how amazing your hair looks it's just looks so glossy! It is!
Verdict....
A must buy product for you curly and wavy headed lasses. It defines what you have, it really does banish frizz for the long term. It doesn't drain the life out of your locks but encourages movement and the smell is wonderful.
This certainly is worth it's price tag and I would really recommend this intensive but light conditioner as for me it's a miracle worker without a doubt and I'm a real fan of it!
Can be found in all good chemists and supermarkets but do shop around like I did!

Summary: Gorgeous and kind this is!
