      A wonderful shampoo....I love it!

Just recently I decided to go for a complete change and dye my hair bright red. Its bang on trend right now and my hair was rather dull looking. However having dyed red hair can pose problems particularly when its dyed cos if your not careful your hair can fade to ginger as a lot of shampoos can be far too harsh! The other day in my local Poundland store I spotted this of course costing a mere pound and I decided to give it a go as it from a well known brand. I am fond of Nicky Clarke styling products in particular and it came in nice packaging! The Packaging: Well the see-through plastic bottle with flip top beigy coloured lid holds 250ml of the shampoo and on the label on the front of the bottle we are told that it is Nicky Clarke Colour Therapy 'Take It As Red', Colour And Shine Shampoo 'Hot stuff.....irrestiable'. On the back label other information given includes being told a bit about the product, the ingredients and the size is stated (as I have listed already) and contact details for the manufacturer are given. This is an informative enough bottle and looks stylish too so ticks the most important boxes for me. A Bit About The Product According To The Information Listed On The Back Of The Bottle: Red hair needs an imaginative spark to display its fiery depths. This special shampoo combines a warm vanilla fragrance with extracts of carrot, henna and silk to cleanse your colour gently. Using It: Well to use this shampoo you just use it the same as you would any other shampoo of course, damp the hair, use a small blob and lather, rinse and repeat if desired an then follow with conditioner if desired. The shampoo itself is actually a brown transparent colour and really smells wonderful, of soft vanilla and a bit like baby products to me. Not too strong, its simply really nice. A little of it goes a very long way indeed and it lathers up and rinses out really easily. It doesn't contain hair colour so doesn't stain the hands when in use and it feels cleansing as it goes in a none irritating way. This leaves my hair feeling really deep down clean and leaves my hair beautifully fragrant for a good few hours. Whats a bonus with this shampoo is that it leaves my hair soft and manageable and with no knots in it at all and that it really does leave my hair shiny and does seem to enhance the colour of my hair without making it appear brassy and seems to rejuvenate the colour somewhat. This doesn't strip the colour I have in my hair out of it, is mild and gentle to use every day if I want to and I really do appreciate a shampoo designed to be kind to my red do! This is pretty hard in shops to get hold of though Google if interested. I did see this on Amazon for about £6.00 a bottle though do keep your eyes open in discount stores like I will do from now on for this wonderful product!
