Nizoral - it worked for my baby (Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo)

I took my 10 month old daughter to the doctors as her cradle cap had got worse and worse. I had used all the recommended treatments, such as olive oil, vaseline, a soft toothbrush to loosen skin, etc, to no avail.

The doctor prescribed Nizoral, which I had not heard of before. He advised I must only use it 3 times a week on my babys head, and only a pea sized amount.

I followed his instructions, and within 2 weeks, the yeast infection had totally cleared up. I was amazed, after trying product after product for months and month, Nizoral worked immediately!

Also, Nizoral can be used on the rest of the family (it is perfume-free) for the prevention and treatment of scalp conditions, dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis. You just wash the affected areas and leave for 3-5 minutes before rinsing.

The recommendation is for the first 2-4 weeks use twice weekly to clear dandruff. Thereafter use every 1-2 weeks to prevent dandruff coming back.

As the doctor prescribed Nizoral for my daughter we did not have to pay. However the price is approx £5.75 for 60ml and £8.75 for 100ml. You may agree this shampoo is pretty pricey, however, for the amount you need to use on each application, the bottle will last for a very long time.
