Nizoral Dandruff Shampoo (Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo)
Member Name: Feathers
Advantages: It is very effective Disadvantages: Relatively expensive
Dandruff is a very depressing condition to have as any sufferer will tell you. What makes it worse is that most of the shampoos on the market (Head and Shoulders etc.) are completely useless. Dandruff is a term which is used to describe a number of different scalp conditions which is what makes dandruff hard to treat as the most popular shampoos on the market don't necessarily treat all the different conditions. Nizoral can now be bought in the chemist, but used to be a prescription only product. I have used it for years and it is excellent. It hasn't completely got rid of the problem, but there is a significant improvement. You use it every few days until the condition is under control and then use it once a fortnight to stop it getting out of control. You have to leave it on for about 5-10 minutes, but it is a nice pink colour with a nice smell so that isn't too big a hardship! It is relatively expensive (about £6 for a small bottle), but it does last quite a long time. You also need to continue using it forever as the condition will come back. If you have not had any luck with the other dandruff shampoos I would definitely recommend it. Summary: |
