Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo ... took my 10 month old daughter to the doctors as her cradle cap had got worse and worse. I had used all the recommended treatments, such as olive oil, vaseline, a soft toothbrush to loosen skin, etc, to no avail. The doctor prescribed Nizoral, which I had not heard of before. He advised I must only use it 3 times a week on my babys head, and only a pea sized amount. I followed his instructions, and within 2 weeks, the yeast infection had totally cleared up. I was amazed, after trying product after product for months and month, Nizoral worked immediately! Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo ... a hairdresser I have tried nearly every shampoo available and have found myself to be allergic. All shampoos promoted dandruff or eczema on my scalp, which is very embarrassing, as people think you have nits. Nizoral is not a great shampoo for the condition of the hair, but is a very effective anti dandruff shampoo as it fights the dandruff rather than just stripping the skin off (beware of cheaper ones). The shampoo seems to dry the hair a little ,so I would recommend getting a good condtioner for the ends of your hair. Nizoral is expensive to buy, but can be prescribed by a doctor, if you qualify for free prescriptions. Unfortunately you need to keep using Nizor...
