Advantages: quick

Disadvantages: bad for your hair

Organics do a good range of shampoos, but I think they let themselves down by following the trend set by rival companies ( originally Wash & Go) for a 2 in 1 product. Applying shampoo and conditioner should be done in 2 entirely different ways, shampoo rubbed into the scalp and then washed down the hair shaft, conditioner smmothed onto the lower 2/3rds of the hair shaft. Conditioner is not needed on the scalp, it makes hair greasy, and worse people using a 2 in one tend to bundle up their hair onto their head and rub it causing it to tangle and damaging the hair folicles. Ths can not be repaired and is only remedied by cutting. In the long run 2 in 1's do not save time or money, unless you are prepared to walk around having a permanant bad hair day, you'll be paying the haidresser to cut out your damaged ends.

2in1's don't work and that's that.
A shampoo is supposed to cleanse your hair of build-ups, grease and whatnot, a conditioner is supposed to nourish your hair - both in one just clog it up! The best thing to do is to buy them seperately and only use the conditioner every other time..
