The effect is moderately long lasting, but you have to a) make sure your hair's totally dry to the ends, and b) don't go out in drizzle 'cos it'll go frizzy again. The thing I like is that you can pretty much run your hands through your hair and not feel the product in it, and it doesn't smell thick and horrible. Definitely recommended ...more

It's good stuff. My hair's shoulder length and, well, kinky is probably the best way to put it! I've searched for a good, cheap, straightener in the past, and have found that in general, these products are sticky and make your hair feel smothered in goo. This isn't like that, and it smells good enough to eat!
