As a regular user of the Organix coconut milk shampoo and conditioner when I saw Organix Coconut milk Self-heating coconut oil I thought it would be a good buy. The idea is you pump a few drops onto your hands and then rub together which activates the heating process, then apply to dry hair, work into the ends and leave 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing... This is a great little bottle of coconut goodness. It's a pre-shampoo treatment; pump just a small amount of this oil into your hands, rub them together to warm it a bit, then rub it through dry hair. It's only a little bottle, but you really don't need much - my hair is long and thick, but two pumps is plenty. The smell on your dry hair at this point is quite strong, but not in an unpleasant way, and fades when it is rinsed and shampoo'd.
