Advantages: Not too tough on my hair
Disadvantages: Loses its hold quickly
When im out and I know im going to need a quick "hair fix", a always pack my handbag with my little bottle of magic. There is nothing worse that having a "frizzy moment" as you will probably know if you are reading this. At the same time, I want a level of control that is not going to cause me to suffer from a rock hard headpiece that so many cheaper brands turn my hair into. (finger wagging in the direction of Boots!) I want a bouncy look to give my hair a lift but still look and feel natural. Listen to me, I sound like one of those very annoying adverts. The entire Pro V range is excellent. Their other hairspray range give you the desired hold for the occasion. Even my husband has been known to borrow some if his gel runs out. Some hairsprays leave you choking on the fumes that eminate from the car but I never seem to have that problem. It feels wonderful on my hair. No heavy or weighed down like some products. One problem that it does not suffer from is longevity. As it is a gentle hold, it tends to wear off quite quickly. Its always worthwile having your handy sized can at the ready for a "top up". Similarly, its lack of staying power means its easy to wash out. It is quite sweet smelling to and lacks that toxic aroma that fills the bedroom withthe cheaper brands (Boots and Co-op being the biggest culprits) Price is just under £2 a bottle at £1.90 from Superdrug. I tend to buy all of these type of products from there due to it being quite cheap. One warning it its likeness to small deodorants. My gold impulse bottle looks exactly the same as me Pantene. You dont want to look silly in a club by spraying anti perspirant on your head do you? Similarly, you dont want sticky armpits either not that there is hair ther to get in the way!
