I used to really love the Pantene range of hair care products but about a year ago I became slightly disillusioned with it. Firstly, I started to think that there was just far too much choice in terms of not only shampoo and conditioners, but the range seemed to be expanding almost daily and I could spend ages in the shampoo and hair care aisle debating which type I should buy this week for my hair. I also think that it became fairly over-hyped and far to expensive, and for all of those reasons I stopped using the range entirely and switched brands. That was about a year ago and until the beginning of October of this year, I hadn't bought Pantene really very much at all, and only used up whatever shampoos and conditioners I had left over in the house.
At the beginning of last month I had asked my husband to do some shopping and gave him a list. Shampoo for 'normal' hair was part of this list but I hadn't specified which type he should buy. He came back with Pantene Ice Shine Shampoo and though I wasn't particularly over the moon with his choice, he did explain to me that it was reduced to only £1.99 for a 500ml bottle.
I have used this quite a few times since he brought it back home (and so has he) and I can't say I am enamoured with this particular shampoo in any way. It's meant to be designed for all hair types but to be honest it really does dry my hair out an awful lot and it leaves it feeling as though it's desperately lacking in moisture and it looks lank, dry and feels terribly brittle. No matter how much deep conditioning treatment I try to use after I have washed my hair with this shampoo, it seems t make no difference at all. My husband says it's 'fine' but then that is his stock reply about any type of shampoo or shower gel etc.
The shampoo itself smells okay, it lathers okay, it rinses off okay but the way t makes my hair feels after I have used it, is just plain awful. I cannot see to be able to style my hair at all after I have used this shampoo and it dries it out and makes it look in very bad condition.
I have to say that there is no way I am going to go back to using this range again, and using this particular bottle of Ice Shine shampoo just reinforces to me why I gave up on this range. I've used many different types of Pantene products and only one or two of them have been okay and the rest have been pretty much rubbish.
I like to try new shampoos, especially if they promise to offer added shine to my hair. So I was interested to try Pantene's Ice Shine shampoo, which is tailored to use on fine hair such as mine. The main reason I tried it though, was the fact it was available on a buy one get one half price offer in Wilkinsons, the usual price being £4.69 each. I thought this would give me the chance to use both the shampoo and the conditioner without wasting too much money if they were no good.
WHAT THE SHAMPOO CLAIMS TO DO
Pantene say the shampoo will leave my hair "full of life, shine and sparkle". It is said to smooth the hair surface, helping it to reflect light and look more glossy. Apart from increasing shine, it will also gently cleanse you hair, or so they say. As mentioned above it is for fine hair, but the bottle doesn't make any further recommendations as to whether it would be suitable for dry or greasy hair for example. So I presume it is intended to be suitable for all fine hair types. [My own hair is combination - greasy roots, drier ends.]
My bottle carrys a slogan that says that it has a new design, but having not used the product before, I don't know how different it is. The bottle is tall and it made me think I was buying a larger than average bottle, but it measures 500ml so I wasn't really. It is a see through container, which is my preference as it helps you to know when you are starting to run low. Apart from that, the packaging is average, but it looks smart enough.
USING THE SHAMPOO
The shampoo looks clear, but if you hold it up to the light it has a slight yellow tinge. I don't know why, but I always find clear or almost clear shampoos less appealing. The colour does suit the ice shine branding though, and the appearance of a shampoo doesn't sway me much when it comes to buying it again or not. It is gel like in texture and thicker than I expected a product for fine hair to be. However, it doesn't weigh down the hair so appearances are deceptive. It is still easy to spread through the hair and I like the fact it isn't too runny so I don't waste any when it drips through my fingers. I didn't need to use much to produce a good thick lather either. The scent is a sweet slightly floral one. I really liked it as it is fresh and light but it also stays on the hair until the next day. [It would probably last longer than that but I wash my hair daily, but more of that in a moment.] Rinsing was easy, and then I followed it with its partner conditioner on most occasions.
In short, no! My first feelings were positive. My hair felt clean, and the scalp area was completely free of grease in particular. The hair felt soft and it wasn't full of tangles. It didn't look any shinier than normal but I thoughy I would need to use the product for a few times at least to notice much difference. At the end of the first day, I felt my hair looked greasy again. Now it isn't unusual for me to have this happen, on my scalp alone, the day after washing, but my ends normally still look "just washed." The day after I first used Ice Shine my hair looked awful all over - dark, flat and dull. I found this to be the case every time I used the shampoo. It made my hair go greasy in record time, no matter how well I rinsed it. I tried not using the shampoo along with the conditioner to see if that helped, but it did not. I didn't have shiny hair at any time while using this, which would have been some compensation.
WOULD I RECOMMEND THE SHAMPOO?
The main benefits of the shampoo is supposed to make your hair smoother and shinier, but it did neither. In fact, by the folowing day my hair was actually duller than when it started. As for being suitable for fine hair, my hair didn't feel weighed down and there was no obvious build up at the scalp. However, as my hair looked less bouncy than normal, it also seemed to emphasise the fact my hair is fine so I don't think it even scores well on that point. Even if your hair is better behaved than mine, and wouldn't go greasy as quickly, I wouldn't buy this for it's shine making abilities. I have since discovered a far cheaper product that really does make my hair look glossier - Timotei Shimmer Shine, and as a result I am probably inclined to judge this Pantene product more harshly than I otherwise would have done. Nevertheless, I can't recommend it, based on my experience.

I have always liked the pantene brand but generally don't pay that much for my shampoos so I don't buy it until it is on offer however when I saw he advert for this one I decided I would like to give it a try, Tesco at the time were selling the 500ml bottle for £3.32 and that was what I paid for it.
The bottle is made of soft plastic and is completely transparent with a ice blue flip top lid on it, the bottle is wider at the bottom than at the top and the bottom of the bottle kicks out a little and the top of the bottle curves in a little making it quite a unique shaped bottle. On the front of the bottle there is a white label which is shiny and in the top corner simply the word shine, the pantene logo sits towards the top of the labal and then you have the information that this will transform tired dull hair abd that it is lightweight and suitable for all hair types.
On the back of the bottle there is another shiny white label containing quite a bit of information, first of all you are given the claims of what the shampoo is going to do "the clear formula contains an effective cleansing system to removing dirt and residue that can rduce shine." You are adviced to follow three steps on the bottle, the shampoo to remove dirt and residue, the conditioner to smooth the surface and align the hair do it better reflects the light and the serum to boost hairs shine. On the back you also get the directions for use which are simply lather, rinse and repeat if needed and the list of ingredients the main ones of which are aqua and sodium and then alot more that I have no idea what they are.
On opening the bottle the lid is pretty secure and does take a little tug to open which I do actually like as this means my daughter would struggle to open it and also less likely that the connectors of the lid which allow it to flip up are going to break which I have had on some shampoos. The shampoo has the same fragrance as all the pantene range and there is no way to really describe it apart from it is a fresh clean smell. The shampoo inside is clear and very thick which means you don't need to use too much as once on the hair it lathers up well aslong as your hair is properly wet.
The shampoo rinses from the hair very well and doesn't leave any residue however it left my hair feeling like straw, I am not one usually to repeat shampooing my hair as I think it is generally a con to make you use more product and therefore buy more but i did try it with this shampoo yet again my hair felt like straw. I am unable to say how my hair would have felt if left to dry as have long hair and need to condition it so I used this in conjunction with the same conditionr which I will review later. My hair has always been in good condition and has never felt straw like when wet so this did not impress me, the shampoo did not leave my hair lightweight at all and actually needs washing more when using this and there was certainly no Cat Deeley swish as promised, certainly not one will buy again.
This range of Shampoo and Conditioner seems to be on offer in quite a few Supermarkets at the moment, I bought some from Tesco last week where it was buy 1 get 1 free. Since I didn't need any Conditioner I just got 2 Shampoo's. In my Asda the bottles are on offer for £2 so similar pricing when you work it out.
This range comes in 2 different sizes. The 250ml bottles which cost around £2 and the 500ml bottles which cost around £3.70. It is the larger bottles that are on offer. So not too bad a price at the moment.
I would never say that Pantene is my most favourite brand of Haircare products but I really like the scent of them. They do a good enough job on my Hair anyway.
So this comes in the same shape of bottle as the Dooyoo picture. A loarge sturdy plastic bottle which has a flip top lid. The Gel for the Shampoo is clear and so is the plastic bottle so you can see how much of this you have used. There is a stick on label on the front and the back. It all looks ok.
This Shampoo is suitable for all Hair types. Although I normally go for 1 that is specific to my hair type this is the only 1 for all kind of product that I have used. This is meant to clarify your Hair and although i'm sure all Shampoo's are meant to get all the products and pollution and that out your hair, this one claims that it increases the Purity of your Hair.
The Gel is thick so a small blob lathers up a lot onto your wet Har. The foam washes off easily enough and afterwards your hair feels soft, clean and has a gentle nice clean scent to it.
I find that my hair looks nice and shiny after using this which it is meant to help with making your hair more pure and I would recommend this Shampoo for anyone to try.
A good product with a great scent and currently at a good price.
I've avoided Pantene products for years because I'd tried several of their shampoos and conditioners and found that all they ever did was make my hair look and feel awful, but when I saw the Ice Shine shampoo and conditioner on a half price offer I thought I'd give them a go, after all they'd had years to improve on what I'd tried before! The 250ml bottle of shampoo was £1.50 on offer, making the usual price £3.
The bottle it comes in looks pretty good and stands out amongst the rest of the Pantene range because it's clear with a blue lid, rather their usual white plastic packaging. It has a flip top lid which make sit very easy and convenient to use even when your hands are wet in the shower or bath.
It's a clear shampoo with a medium consistency, not too runny or too thick. It smells nice but the smell is not too strong or overpowering it's just a nice light, clean fresh scent. I don't need to use much because it lathers up really easily and just a small amount foams up loads to cover all of my hair with ease. It feels nice to use and it rinses out easily.
After I've used it my feels really clean and my scalp feels fresh and quite cool. I often find shampoos can make my scalp a bit itchy but this one is fine. Once my hair is dry it feels really smooth and soft, and it looks really healthy. It feels really light, probably owing to the fact that it claims to remove residues and build up which can dull your hair, and not at all greasy or lank which is how all the other Pantene shampoos left my hair.
I'm not sure that the shampoo has made any difference to how shiny my hair is, but my hair is naturally very shiny anyway so maybe your hair needs to be dull for this to show up. It does make my hair look very clean and healthy though, and I'm sure my blonde hair is looking slightly lighter since I started using it. I'm actually really impressed with it and I think it's the best shampoo I've used in a long time as well as one of the cheapest so I'd happily buy it again.
I usually go through phases with my shampoo where I will buy a shampoo & conditioner from the same make and then use small amounts and make it last me a good few months. When I spotted the large bottle of Pantene products (500ml) for sale at just £1.95 each in Sainsburys I just couldn't resist snapping some up as I knew that they'd probably see me through a fair few months and I wouldn't have to keep using whatever I could lay my hands on!
This Pantene Ice Shine Shampoo comes in a clear bottle and it has a light blue lid. The bottle is quite large and comes with a flip top lid. I found that the packaging instantly made me think of something clean and fresh and I felt quite confident that this was going to leave me with clean & shiny hair. I have used Pantene products in the past and yet somehow these aren't always the brand that I turn to when I am looking for confidence in my hair care products, I'm really not sure why this is.
The dispenser on this shampoo is quite well sized as it allows a reasonable flow of shampoo without leaving you with a massive palm full which is just wasteful. I always find that a small coin sized amount is enough for my almost shoulder length hair.
This shampoo does not profess any claims about smelling like the forest, dessert or anything else that you often get with shampoos these days. The shampoo simply has a nice, fresh, clean smelling scent to it that leaves my hair smelling clean and fresh without giving out scents of strawberries or anything else that is just sickly when plastered on the top of your head.
My hair is prone to being greasy at the roots within 2 days of washing it and even from the first use of this shampoo I found that I could go 2-3 days without washing my hair before it looked greasy and messy. The claims from Pantene that this is a lightweight shampoo are definitely true as my hair feels a lot more manageable and flows a lot freer on my head. I also received a few comments about whether I'd had my hair cut which is always nice, although I had straightened it and put some effort in on that particular day!
I would say that I am a definite fan of this shampoo. My hair took longer before it became greasy, there was no sickly sweet smell and overall it just looked and felt very healthy. It's been a good 2 months now since I last had my hair cut and it's looking in tip top condition, partly thanks to this shampoo. The full price can be a little expensive but I find that this shampoo & the conditioner are long lasting as only a small amount is needed. This shampoo is very lightweight and I felt like my hair was weighed down a lot less than with the last shampoo that I was using, and I was pleased with that shampoo as well! My hair was shiny and clean looking after use and this effect lasted for a couple of days before I found myself needing to wash my hair again.
This shampoo is designed for all hair types so why not give it a try the next time you are looking for something to clean your hair with!
I bought this shampoo from pantene as it is a brand a trust very well and my hair doesn't shine that well either. I did notice some improvements but not alot.
The bottle the shampoo comes in is very nice and is a great change from pantenes normal white bottles. It is clear like ice and looks very proffessional.
The shampoo lathered up very well and was very foamy. I like this as I want my hair to be fully shampooed before I wash it out. If you don't like alot of bubbles I wouldn't recommend it. The shampoo also smells really good and isn't too overpowering which is nice.
As I was washing out my hair it did look a bit more shiny but it wasn't exactly 'sparkling'. I did notice a subltle differencthoughe. My hair also looked straighter and less frizzy which I like. My hair also felt cleaner and not greasy however I felt the shampoo weight it down a bit.
If you use the product for about a week or so you will notice a difference in your hair but not just after 1 wash. The bottle can be purchased for about £3 and lasts quite along while depending on your hair length.
Overall I would recommend this product if you have healthy hair which has a natural shine. I also recommend getting the conditioner as I have used it and it did make a big difference but without it it isn't that good.
Pantene is a hair care brand under the Procter and Gamble company. They have several different hair care ranges for various hair types.
Here we have the Pantene Ice Shine Shampoo. This is a shampoo part of a range which includes :
Heat Defense Spray
This shampoo is designed to cleanse hair by removing dirt and provide hair with an icy shine. It is best suited to those with dull and lifeless hair.
The shampoo comes in a tall, plastic bottle which becomes thicker nearer the base. The bottle is clear and has a large black lid which flips open to reveal a dispensing hole deep within.
There is a white label on the front with the Pantene and product name. There is also a silver label on the back with information about the shampoo, directions for use, ingredients and contact details for Pantene.
*The Shampoo & Using*

*Availability and Price*
The shampoo comes in the huge 500ml size and can be bought from supermarkets and stores such as Boots and Wilkinsons. Expect to pay around the £4.00 mark when not on offer.
My hair is thick, frizzy and extremely dry. I really don't like it but I don't like spending time and money on it to be honest! I bought this shampoo a few months ago from Wilkos as it was under £2.00 on offer which is a bargain considering the rrp price. The huge 500ml bottle has lasted me well as I wash my hair every 2-3days and there is still approx 150ml left.
We don't have a shower so I use my plastic jug over the bath and soak my hair. This takes time in itself as my hair is down my back. Once wet, I flipped the handy cap open and the shampoo despite being quite thick, flowed out the bottle with ease. The shampoo is completely clear and icy cold. There is a gorgeous scent coming from it which is simply fresh and clean.
The shampoo lathers up well and a little goes along way. Rinsing it out is very simple and my hair feels soft and clean. I personally don't use conditioner in every wash as I usually don't have time. I don't have the matching conditioner anyway but would usually use a different one. I towel dry my hair slightly and then use my hairdryer to blast it dry.
Once dry, my hair still has the pleasant scent and feels soft to the touch. I go about my day and after a few hours in both the heat and cold, my hair feels dreadfully dry. I wouldn't say that it makes my hair shiny at all but it does still feel clean. I just hate the dryness..this doesn't seem to be a problem when I use conditioner but I feel this shouldn't be a neccessity.
I will use this up but I don't think I would buy it again unless it was on offer. I suppose if you had normal hair or fine hair then this shampoo may be more effective but for me it doesn't cut it.

I purchased the Pantene ice shine shampoo recently as it was on offer in the co-op for 2 for £3.00. The reason I chose the ice shine variety was due to its advertising saying it would create brilliant shine and sparkle on dull and tired hair. I have tried Pantene shampoos in the past and to be completely honest I have mixed reviews considering some of them worked wonders and others left my hair dull and lack lustre.
Pantene ice shine comes in a clear 250ml bottle that you can see the pale blue shampoo through. The bottle has a navy blue top and displays the usual Pantene logo. The bottle is nice enough and looks of a brand with nice quality.
The first thing I noticed about the shampoo was the smell. It is exactly the same as all the other Pantene scents which is rather floral and fresh. I found out quite quickly that only a small amount of this shampoo is needed as it did lather up extremely well. The shampoo is quite thick as with all the other Pantene ones but I don't think it feels as heavy.
My first thoughts on this shampoo were not very good at all I'm afraid as my hair felt terrible before I applied the conditioner. My hair felt very tangled and rough. For reviewing purposed I didn't use a conditioner the first time and I practically pulled my head off trying to get a comb through my hair.
Drying wasn't very easy either as my hair felt really dry on the ends and at the end although my hair looked very clean and the mid-lengths were indeed shiny the ends looked damaged and not concealed.
The shampoo advised that it will give healthier looking hair within 10 days and I believe this quote but only when the shampoo is used in conjunction with the conditioner. Overall my hair is too damaged to be using a shampoo alone and maybe that's why the results weren't as good as I hoped with this shampoo alone, however when used with the conditioner my mind changed dramatically as you will see in my review of the ice shine conditioner.
Before I switched to Elvive Full Restore shampoo and conditioner (which I have also reviewed) I was using Pantene's new Ice Shine range (minus the serum) and will still use these especially if on offer.
The 25% bigger sized bottle containing 500ml was on a buy one get one free offer (the best offer you can get in my book) making this a real bargain (though only if I liked it of course). I can't remember how much I paid then being some months ago but you can buy the shampoo now for £1.95 in Tesco. This is marketed in particular towards dull and tired looking hair.
The shampoo itself is clear with a mild, clean, fresh smell. Only a small amount is required to produce quite a lot of lather. This shampoo purports to strip your hair of any dirt and residue that can dull the hair's surface over time thus reducing shine.
I do use the conditioner as well as my hair gets very tangled in the shower (see separate review) so the results I write about are a combination of the two. I did find that there was a noticeably increased shine to my hair which is what I was hoping for and want the shampoo promised and it did leave my hair feeling very clean and soft.
In summary, a product that does what it promises on the tin (and how refreshing is that)!
Thanks for reading. x

I have very greasy hair that dislikes even having water on it!
I bought this as I wanted a fresh and shiny new look but sadly I got an even more greasy mop.
Firstly, it is a tad expensive for a shampoo. I bought mine for £3.29 (500ml) from my local supermarket but you can get both the shampoo and conditioner on offers sometimes. Also, Boots do this and you can get 12 advantage card points and they are also have on offer - buy one get one free (£3.79 or 500ml)
The bottle is plastic and see through with the Pantene logo on the front. It has a flip cap lid and you just squeeze it out onto your hands.
Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine Shampoo adds up to twice the shine to your hair and contains Amino Pro-V complex designed to improve hair condition and shine. It cleanses your hair but still tough enough to remove the dirt that cloggs it up, leaving it shiny and dirt free.
Im not convinced at all.
I would say that a little bit goes a long way so dont do what I did and put a big dollop on my head and had to fight my way out of all the lather!! lol The smell was pleasant but Im afraid there was no shine as it says on the bottle. In fact instantly my hair felt greasy and when I was drying it dried greasy. It was quite a gloopy consistency and took a while to wash off (but that may have something to do with the amount I put on!) and my hair also had loads of static in it afterwards.
Perhaps I just have really tempremental hair and nothing will ever work.
I have teamed this up with the conditioner and found that it still doesn't do anything for me so I will be sticking to the Tea Tree!
I must admit I first bought this because it was on special offer at under half price and as I know Pantene is good I thought that I would try it.
Ice Shine shampoo is to give a brilliant shine and sparkle to dull, tired hair. It also claims to remove the dirt and residue that can reduce shine. Well I must admit that my first aim for washing my hair is to make sure that it is clean so I thought that this is a good start!
Ice shine has a conditioner to smooth the surface of the hair strands and align them so that they better reflect the light an the ice shine serum will boost your hairs shine.
When you go to use it only use a little as it is a case of a little does go a long way and it does lather very well.
It is a very thick shampoo which does make it easier to judge how much you put on your hair.
The smell is quite strong and I am sorry that I cannot describe it but it is quite pleasant.
The one thing I really do like about this shampoo is the bottle. It is clear and therefore you can see how much or how little shampoo you have left in the bottle. Not like some that you have to guess and its usually when you go to use it that you realise that you only have a dribble left. You wont have this situation with Ice Shine.
Oh and yes it does make your dull tired hair sparkle and shine so I would definately recommend it.
As a lover of all things beauty related, and being unable to resist a challenge, I took Pantene up on their 10 day beautiful hair challenge. I visited the website and chose what I thought would be the right product for my hair - Ice Shine Shampoo - and set about making my lack lustre hair double in shine.
I have to say I'm a little unimpressed with this product. It doesn't seem to be benefitting my relatively long locks in any way, and seems no different to the many oodles of products I've tried before.
In fairness I will say that the shampoo lathers extremely well. I found I only needed the real minimum to gain a good lather on my hair, and it was left feeling "squeaky clean". By using such a small amount, the product has lasted very well, so I guess it is good value for money if you just want the standard clean hair - but it didn't provide me with the "ice-like" shine it threatened, and I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed after the promises.
All in all - it's a good shampoo, but I don't feel it stood up to the "adds shine" hype.
I wouldn't normally buy a product like this at full price from the supermarket shelves, but I have now totally converted to this product whatever the cost. I first tried it when Pantene had a two for £4 offer in the supermarket and bought this along with my regular conditioner. I was not disappointed.
The product comes in the usual size container but this time it is see through with see through product inside! Amazing! This is really useful so you know how much is left in the bottle and so that you realise quickly if you are squeezing for ages and nothing comes out...
The cap is a simple flip top although it is a little stiff and can be hard to deal with when you have slippery hands. Having said this it's quite good to stop kids using your shampoo on the sly!
The information is displayed on the back of the bottle and doesn't look so bad against the see through design.
The smell and quality of the product are exactly what you would expect from pantene. The smell is really quite nice and just makes you smell and feel clean. It lathers up really well, even if you just use a small amount and will consequently last for ages.
This is good value for money, because you don't have to use loads. I would recommend it to anyone.
I have always had problems with Pantene and it is the only shampoo and conditioner that I avoid. The shampoo has always made my hair knotty and it seems to create tangles. I have tried some different varieties and types but they have always made my hair look and feel horrible. I popped to my local boot to grab a bargain in the sales and came across some nice looking shampoo. It was no offer at £2 for 400 ml, which I thought, was great value. The bottle was clear with clear liquid inside so I decided because of the price and the fact it looked like a good product I would try it. I grabbed a bottle off the display on the end of a row and bought some. I was so disappointed when I got home and read the label to discover it was Pantene as it always comes in white bottles so this had thrown me completely.
I though about returning the items to boots but then decided to give it a go for the price and if it was horrid on my hair, I could try it on my daughters, as her hair is completely different to mine.
This Pantene is Pro-v Ice shine Shampoo and the bottle states it is for brilliant shine and sparkle for use on dull and tired hair. The bottle is clear and the shampoo is also clear which always makes me think the product is natural which is not the case as it is stuffed full of chemicals like most shampoos.
The shampoo has a pleasant smell, which was not to strong. It was mild on my hair, skin and eyes no stinging or skin rashes. I had a shower got my hair wet and popped a small amount onto my hands. I rubbed it into my hair and was quite surprised with the amount of lather it produced as this was part of the problem I had with Pantene was that is didn't lather or rinse out but this one was different. I was very impressed with the way the shampoo lathered and worked through my hair. I then stepped back under the shower to rinse the shampoo out. Rinsing the shampoo clean out of my hair was a bit more time consuming then my usual shampoo I would say it took a few minutes longer under the running water but if I had used the bath this could have been a problem. My hair still felt nice and my hairs moved through it freely without being knotted up. I used my normal conditioner and dried as usual.
Once my hair was dry, I brushed it in the same way as I usually do and the comb moved through my hair freely. There were no knots or tangles. My hair looks fine, shiny and healthy. This shampoo seems to be fine for my hair but I am guessing that does not mean it will be okay for everyone. Some shampoos and conditioners make my hair feel horrible and I am unable to run my hands through it without meeting knots but luckily, this one was fine. To be honest in my mind this shampoo was a failure because of the brand but I am glad I gave it a fair go as it has been find on my hair. I would even buy this shampoo again in the future if the price were right!
The label does suggest that this shampoo is used with Pantene Ice shine conditioner and Pantene Ice shine serum, which I have not bought and could not possible comment on. However if the conditioner appeared for the right price I would give it ago!
The clear formulation of Ice Shine Shampoo gently cleans to remove dirt, oil, sebum and styling products, increasing the purity of the hair's surface, to better allow light to penetrate the clear cuticle to the inner cortex of each strand /
