I use 2 in 1 shampoos after swimming, mainly for the convenience, but also for the extra moisturising boost that they give. I find that if I use a 2 in 1 ordinarily, my hair will become greasy quite quickly. However, due to the chlorine in a swimming pool, my hair becomes so dry that it needs a thorough moisture boost from roots to tips.

I love Pantene generally because it seems to coat the hair and make it sleek and well-conditioned. Their 2 in 1 was therefore a natural choice for me when I started swimming.

I love the smell of pantene. It is fresh and not overpowering but really lasts after you have dried your hair. It even cuts through the smell of chlorine.

The Pantene Pro V 2 in 1 is about the same price as their single shampoos and conditioners, but you only have to use one product so it saves time (and packing space for sports kits or holidays!) It is cheaper to buy the bigger bottles but these are quite heavy so I tend to buy the smaller ones, which are about £1.70. It certainly isn't the cheapest on the market but you do not need much, as it is so thick. The 2 in 1 is even thicker than the usual straight shampoo.

Once dried, my hair was shiny and smoothe.
