Advantages: Conditions well, cleans well

Disadvantages: Its a two in one and therefore not as good as the seperates.

...but that doesn't mean that I have to have uncomfortable, tangley and generally bad hair (I have very long hair).
I often go away walking and camping and such like and it is usually alot more convenient to carry and use a two in one, even though seperates are better, in this case unless you want to pay silly prices for minatures and faff around under waterfalls or in cold showers using seperates, then it has to be a two in one.
This established I find Pantene the best two in one, atleast for my hair, even though the pantene seperates are not all that brilliant (atleast as far as my hair goes)
Generally, what makes this 2 in 1 better for me is that I find it conditions more than other 2 in 1s do, and my hair is easier to comb and less frizzy afterwards.
With shampoo its all a matter of what suits you best really, I have quite thick, long and normal/greasy hair if that helps, but it's still a matter of personal preference.
