I have heard from numerous people that the shampoo and conditioner in one products are a load of rubbish. However, after thrying it for many months i have come to the conclusion that they actually do work. As they should do. They help me to cut down on the time spent in the shower because you are only applying one product which helps to speed up my morning. I have mid length thick coarse hair un-styled, which requires at least a 15 minute blow dry and generally has to be straightened before I leave the house, otherwise, I look ridiculous (trust me I am constantly on the look-out for products which will help with this).
