I am not especially bothered about makes of shampoos and don't necessarily buy shampoos because they are expensive or the "in thing". For me as long as they wash my hair and get it "squeaky" clean, then this is sufficient.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The shampoo is advertised as being suitable for anyone who has hair which is dry, damaged or prone to split ends.

WHAT DOES IT PROMISE?

This promises to give the user hydrated and healthy looking hair which is well prepared for styling. The shampoo will apparently help to prevent split ends and makes hair generally less prone to damage which if it works is great for me as I have recently noticed that some of my hair is splitting.

PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...

The shampoo comes in a large 500ml plastic bottle with a flip up press down lid and all of the instructions and information on the back of the bottle.

The shampoo itself is white in colour and has a floral scent which is very pleasant and does linger slightly in hair even after washing so hair definitely smells as though it has just been washed. The product is quite thick but is dispensed easily and doesn't need lots of shaking or banging off my hand to get the shampoo out of the bottle. Because it is a thick shampoo, I find that not a lot of the product is needed and actually, I now always use less shampoo on my hair so there is not a build up. The shampoo lathers easily and is easily massaged into my hair. Although there is a lot of lather, the shampoo does rinse out easily and I am not left foe ages rinsing to get all of the shampoo out of my hair.

USING IT..

Use as any other shampoo; lather into wet hair, rinse and repeat. Probably one application would be sufficient but I always repeat the application to ensure my hair is really clean.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY...

The shampoo is widely available in supermarkets and chemists. At a RRP under £2 it's a great value shampoo but even better, its often available in poundland or similar for £1!!

VERDICT...

A good no nonsense every day shampoo which cleans my hair well, lasts for ages and is very reasonably priced.
