The packaging is nothing special, a white opaque plastic bottle with a flip top lid. The whole thing looks and feels cheap, but it is, so what more can you expect? The lid fastens tightly, but the hinges are easily broken.

It's a mid consistency, not too runny but not too thick, and very smooth and clear. The scent is a very heavily fragranced almost floral overtone, trying it's best to hide a vile chemically scent underneath.

A little goes a long way and it feels nice to use. It lathers up very quickly and easily and the bubbles are soft. My hair does feel smooth and clean after rinsing it out, though it takes a while to rinse out fully.

Once dry my hair is left feeling light and very very flyaway, and there's no signs of any extra volume. It feels ok for a while, but soon starts to feel grubby and look as dull as ditchwater. It completely takes the shine out of my normally healthy, shiny, blonde locks and makes it looks awful.

After a few uses my hair had started to feel really dry and straw-like, and it really looked a mess. And there was still no sign of the promised extra volume.

All in all I think this is an awful shampoo which does not do what it claims.
