Since being a teenager in the early 90's I have never considered mousse as a hair product. For me it was something that was used to shape, define and give a definite crunch to our permed hair, combined with excessive amounts of hairspray it was a miracle that those experimental cigarettes never caused our hair to catch fire. Having firmly abandoned mousse aged 15 I never thought that it would become my essential hair product 16 years later.
