Pantene is not beneficial to hair (Pantene Time Renewal Shampoo)

When I first used this product I really liked it, it was the only shampoo & conditioner that made my hair REALLY soft and tangle free, however, when I told my stylist about using Pantene she gave me a stern talking to that made me steer away from pantene products all together. She told me that the only reason pantene shampoos and conditioners make your hair shiny (like the ads say) is because of the WAX that the products contain. The wax makes your hair shiny after use, but it doesn't do anything to restore the quality of your hair, it actually DRIES your hair out. No matter how soft pantene makes my hair I will never use a pantene product again because of the fact that in the long run it is not doing anything beneficial for my hair, it is actually doing more damage to it. So I do not recommend this product.
