I love my hairdresser John. I first went to him about 8 years ago. My hair was in terrible condition through perming, highlighting, etc. My hair was greasy at the roots and very dry at the ends which was also split. He recommended that I use Moisture Mist every time I washed my hair. I was a bit dubious because this Moisture Mist stuff was mainly water!! But after every shampoo - before blow drying my hair I would spray this over my hair.
