Shampoo one was the first Paul Mitchell shampoo I used. It was after trying so many different shampoos who didn't do the job. My hair was in a dull condition, because of perming and coloring it. After using it for about a month or so I noticed my hair started to look more healthier and shinier. It was also a lot more manageable than before. Shampoo one is a mild shampoo and is ideal for daily use on normal to fine hair, hair that is color treated, processed or permed.
