I love going to the hairdressers. The excitement of changing your image combined with somebody absolutely devoting their time to perfecting your look is just absolute luxury to me. As a result, I tend to be happy to visit expensive(ish) salons to be truly doted on, and to ensure that my new look will be a good one, and not a terrible mistake. As a teenager and into early adulthood I always visited the same local salon, and was very happy with the outcome everytime. However, four years ago, I moved to Brighton, and was completely lost.
