Advantages: Unbeatable quality, truly gives you great hair

Disadvantages: Ridiculously expensive

As mentioned in my review of the matching conditioner, I absolutely love this product range. I have long fine hair that I've always struggled with; I've never found it easy to get it do anything other than just hang there, even to the extent where I've put rollers in my hair, left them for an hour and when I took them out my hair went straight back to it's comfort zone of hanging. It even baffles my hairstylist! So when I discovered this range I was absolutely thrilled and have never looked back.

I use both the shampoo and conditioner together. The shampoo comes in a similar bottle to the conditioner, although it's a different colour. It has the same applicator nozzle which is similar to the sort of thing you'd expect to find on hair dye applicator. It has a flip top and the bottle is white. The product is creamy and foams well, though not so much that you feel you're washing your hair with soap.

The thing that I feel is great about this shampoo is that when you wash it out, your hair feels squeaky clean without feeling stripped. I find that a lot of other shampoos can make your hair feel as if all the goodness has been taken out, i.e. the natural oils that create the shine etc. With this you feel as if it's gentley cleansed your hair.

I could not recommend this highly enough to anyone who struggles with fine and lifeless hair.

The downside is the price as you're looking at around £12 a bottle for the shampoo, and if like me you like to use shampoo and conditioner from the same range, then together it's going to set you back a gigantic £27 which I'm sure you'll agree is an astonishing amount to spend on haircare! I can't even reassure you that it'll last a long time because although the quantities are generous, if you wash your hair regularly as I do then you're going to be replacing the shampoo every couple of months and the conditioner more often. This is a huge drawback to this range, although I guess - as the saying goes - you get what you pay for.

Summary: Money well spent if you're always on the look out for something to aid your fine hair
