I have had this hairdryer for a while now and it has served me well through many different hairstyles. I have difficult hair to say the least and the thought of having it blowdried fills me with dread but with this hairdrier its a little bit different. Normally my hair becomes very frizzy when Im using hairdryers but when using the ion button it reduces the frizz dramatically and I dont have to look like one of the hairbear bunch. It drys thick curl hair very quickly, so what would take a good hour to dry will take 20 minutes if done properly. Yes there is only two speeds and this in my opinion is a good thing as I have only ever used two settings on any of my hairdryers. The hairdryer is nicely moulded and seems comfortable to hold throughout the drying experience, it seems a lot lighter to hold than other hairdryers on the market and I could use it in both dominent and non dominent hands. ( long story) I have never had a problem with my hairdryer and it has been the best one that i have ever bought
