I had heard that this product was good for a long time - it was constantly featured in magazine articles on how to straighten hair. Initially the price put me off but one day, after catching sight of my frizzy, thick hair in the lift mirrors at work (what IS IT with those things? are they designed to depress you into concentrating on your work rather than your appearance?) I scuttled off to Selfridges at lunchtime to buy some in the vain hope of it sorting out my barnet. Unfortunately it's true that you get what you pay for - this stuff really works.
