I had heard that this product was good for a long time - it was constantly featured in magazine articles on how to straighten hair.

Initially the price put me off but one day, after catching sight of my frizzy, thick hair in the lift mirrors at work (what IS IT with those things? are they designed to depress you into concentrating on your work rather than your appearance?) I scuttled off to Selfridges at lunchtime to buy some in the vain hope of it sorting out my barnet.

Unfortunately it's true that you get what you pay for - this stuff really works. It's a small bottle and doesn't look like it'll last longer than a few blowdrys but when it says you only need a small amount, you really do. Rub it all over your palms and pull your fingers through your hair.

It has a cumulative action which means that if you continue to use it, your hair will get easier to straighten. I would recommend using a normal serum as well if your hair needs the moisture.

I strongly recommend this to anyone who has trouble getting their hair to dry to same floppy and clean finish that their hairdresser seems to manage effortlessly...and it even seems to withstand a bit of drizzle. Worth forking out for.
