What is happening to the Regis salon in Allders of Croydon? Are they closing down? There's not much going on (no other customers while I was there) and they seem to be losing their staff. Turned up for an appointment this morning only to be told 'my' girl wasn't there and had left. No prior warning, and I had checked when I booked that she would be there. No-one was there I'd ever seen before.

Previous appointment we'd had a problem with colour which did not take (fair enough I was not charged) but I needed a discussion with someone who knew the history of this. They could not find me on the computer, although it was about my fifth visit. (We'll turn the computer on - take a seat - it takes about five minutes) !! The girls are clearly doing their best, but it seems there is no-one in charge. Ended up not having what I had originally booked - that's for the second time. Will I have confidence to go back? I doubt it.
