Worth a visit (Regis)

I recently visiting the Regis salon in the Shires shopping centre in the middle of Leicester. The salon is quite compact - some might say cramped - and I would think that on a busy Saturday it might feel a little bit claustrophobic. However, the salon is very clean and tidy and is obviously well looked after. Most of the stylists are in the obligatory all black that seems normal in most hair salons now.

Although I was about 5 minutes early I wasn't kept waiting for long. The stylist had a brief chat about what I wanted done with my hair and also offered me a drink. She decided to cut my hair dry and then wash it to get rid of any bits. This makes sense actually I was returing to work afterwards. The cut was well excuted and the stylist cut my hair shorter in stages to ensure that she didn't cut too much off. She was very keen to make that it was what I wanted. While washing my hair she asked what shampoos/conditioners I normally used and explained the products that she was using.

I am happy with the final result and, on the basis of this experience, would go back again and recommend them to other people. The bill at the end was £20, which is not bad for a male cut/blow dry in a city centre salon. I was also not pressured to buy any of their hair products, something that often happens in salons now.
