I would like to write a review in defence of this product. I bought my Remington CS3000s in may 2005, after spending too long struggling with some of those steam-style straighteners (the ones that heat up like an iron and can't get your hair straight, no matter what you do) for about a year. My best friend recommended GHDs, as I have very curly hair, but being a student I can't afford to spend that sort of money on something that I don't desperately need. All my life i have had curly hair, so, with my mothers persuasion i started growing my hair, for my brithday i had these straightners bought me and i use them every single day, having curly hair (and i mean CURLY) and being a boy is the worst thing around these days, But thanks to these i can have curl free hair in less than 10 mins!
