Advantages: easy to store and choose your own temperature

Disadvantages: 230 degrees can damage your hair

I have been through 4 different hair straighteners in the last 5 years, from cheap ones to not so cheap and i admit that these straighteners are by far my favourite. I have had these straighteners for 18 months not and they still work perfectly. The hair straighters have a temperature figure on the front with positve and negative buttons that allow you to change the temperatrue upto 230 degrees. The width of the strighteners has even worked on my hair when it was only 3 inches long in places so there is no worries about having to buy others for short hair as there is with other straighteners. The packet i purchased came with a bag which doubled as a heat proof bag and 4 clips which when you have long or layers hair really come in useful when your strightening as you can section your hair off into smaller easier to manage areas.

Performance:
Personally i have terrible hair as its a mix between wazy and curly but these straighters can send me poker straight in 10 minutes which for shoulder length hair is impressive in any case. After a few days of straightening i have even found i can leave it for a day or two before i need to do it again which is always good.

Overall these are one i would recommend i have tried top of the range straighteners and they do not compare to these with my hair type and they even come with their own easy to carry case/ heat protector which makes them easy to store and move around. With a price around 45 pounds average theyre not cheap but they're well worth the money.

Summary: cost effective and great on tough hair
