Advantages: Straightens hair from wet to dry .
Disadvantages: Price .
I got these hair straightener"s as a christmas present so I've been using them for just over 3 month's now,
I asked for these as my present on the recommendation from my sister who said they were the best one's she's had so far,
This is my third set of straightener's and since using them I've got to agree with her they're the best one's I've had.
The difference with these straightener's to the other's I've owned is the fact that they can be used on wet hair eliminating the need of a hairdryer,
which for me is a bonus as it saves time, and also drying with a hairdryer and then using a hot straightener puts your hair under double the stress not to mention getting yourself all hot and bothered!
The teflon coated ceramic plates heat up in no time and are very safe to use on damp hair, and have a temperature control which can be adjusted according to how thick your hair is i.e. thick hair....highest setting!
After brushing my hair I run the straighteners through one section of hair at a time, and as this is a wet to dry straightener it has a row of steam release holes so be careful to keep your finger's well away from these and also avoid the holes from pointing towards your head or face!
I have medium wavy thick hair and find the ceramic plates glide over my hair easily.... drying from root to tip as it goes leaving my hair very straight and shiny,
they have a 3 metre cord with a 360 degree swivel to save any tangles.
I find this an easy alternative to blow drying and then straightening as it does it all in one with very good results.
These straighteners are really lightweight and easy to hold, they're also slim and easy to carry around and fit nicely into my shouder bag, they're a good make and look good too,
they also come with a heat protection bag which you can pop them into straight after use, but out of habit with my previous ones I prefer to let them cool down a little first,
I'm really happy with my new straightener's as they do a very good job with less time and effort and would recommend them to anyone with hard to straighten hair,
they are a bit more expensive than others on the market , but then they are wet to dry and are good quality , and it also helps if someone else is buying lol!
Came with a 1 year guarantee,
Has temperature control,
And includes a heat protection bag.
£89.99 @ Tesco
Available other high street shops and probably cheaper!
Summary: Less time and stress on you and your hair.
