As Sod's law would have it, that was my hairdresser. I've had a pretty good cut for the last 3 years for my fine frizzy hair and asked or something similar. After telling me I looked very tired and must be using the wrong products - odd, given I'd been going to Rush for years - he then proceeded to inexpertly butcher my hair into the worst hair cut I've had since teenage years. I'm now going to spend 3 months growing out the mess. After explaining (very politely) at the end that I w... more

I have been growing my hair for over a year so I could have a great re style. Thought 25 % off seemed like a bargain. I was a bit apprehensive of having too much hair off, and took a picture of the style I wanted. Well can't complain about having too much cut off, but I don't know what picture she was looking at. left me with all the weight on top and nothing like I wanted. Oh the excuses came about my hair not being the same as the picture. Wasted and hour of my time and £60 quid lighter in pocket.

Alwful colour experience in salon and online shop :- shoprush.com took ages for my products to arrive & the so called manager I spoke to was rude & patronising. I will never ever shop or get my hair cut/coloured there again! Absolutly alwful experience from all parts of the company! Beware!!!!!!

Being a worker in One New Change, I'd thought I'd try the Rush hairdressers downstairs as my previously lovely hairdresser at Rush Kensington had left. As I sat down (and was left waiting for half an hour), I watched the nearby hairdresser rather inexpertly struggle with a blow dry and thought "I hope that's not who I'm seeing". As Sod's law would have it, that was my hairdresser. I've had a pretty good cut for the last 3 years for my fine frizzy hair and asked or something similar. I actually went in their saloon at Earl's Court. I am local and I will never go back. They were overpriced (charged 40 pounds for a wash / blow dry). I wanted my hair in a casual semi - pony tail, she wanted to charge me 50 pounds more for that because according to their catalogue this is a ''hair up''. The staff were not that friendly and a bit arrogant especially after I declined their suggestion to pay for 90 pounds! !!! The end result was not even professional. We had a formal occasion on that evening and my friends did not believe I actually went to the hairdresser!!! Very disappointing service, all in all ... Not worth the money and the reputation. ... Dreadful in every way. Decided to try it because of the 50% off deal. Wasn't offered a drink. Had my hair cut by the Style Director who despite my request to only take a little bit off - has cut it too short. Its also uneven and lopsided. I don't normally write reviews unless I ahve something good to say, but every girl knows that a good haircut is make or break. The stylist verged on rude throughout most of the cut, railroading me into signing up for expensive products and treatments. I couldn't wait to get out and will never go back. I want to complain but woudl be too scared to let them try and fix hair that is already too short.
