I have been growing my hair for over a year so I could have a great re style. Thought 25 % off seemed like a bargain. I was a bit apprehensive of having too much hair off, and took a picture of the style I wanted. Well can't complain about having too much cut off, but I don't know what picture she was looking at. left me with all the weight on top and nothing like I wanted. Oh the excuses came about my hair not being the same as the picture. Wasted and hour of my time and £60 quid lighter in pocket.

Alwful colour experience in salon and online shop :- shoprush.com took ages for my products to arrive & the so called manager I spoke to was rude & patronising. I will never ever shop or get my hair cut/coloured there again! Absolutly alwful experience from all parts of the company! Beware!!!!!!

Being a worker in One New Change, I'd thought I'd try the Rush hairdressers downstairs as my previously lovely hairdresser at Rush Kensington had left. As I sat down (and was left waiting for half an hour), I watched the nearby hairdresser rather inexpertly struggle with a blow dry and thought "I hope that's not who I'm ... Read the complete review

I actually went in their saloon at Earl's Court. I am local and I will never go back. They were overpriced (charged 40 pounds for a wash / blow dry). I wanted my hair in a casual semi - pony tail, she wanted to charge me 50 pounds more for that because according to their catalogue this is a ''hair up''. The staff were not that friendly ... Dreadful in every way. Decided to try it because of the 50% off deal. Wasn't offered a drink. Had my hair cut by the Style Director who despite my request to only take a little bit off - has cut it too short. Its also uneven and lopsided. I don't normally write reviews unless I ahve something good to say, but every girl knows that a good haircut is make or break. The stylist verged on rude throughout most of the cut, railroading me into signing up for expensive products and treatments. I couldn't wait to get out and will never go back. I want to complain but woudl be too scared to let them try and fix hair that is already too short.

I visited Rush earls court London for hilites and restyle, after spending most of my life visiting many top stylists Around the world. When I entered the salon I was greeted by a man in the reception area, I must have been blessed that day, all the senior stylists were fully book, so he suggested I should go with Alexandra who is a stylist, she greeted me and made me feel at ease. The hilites and restyle was the best I have ever had she made me look Ten years younger!!! Her understanding of colour was amazing and the restyle was just FAB!!! I will be back, great value for money, I would recommend this stylist and salon 10/10

I have to admit that I had mixed opinions about going to Rush - they seem to be the marmite of hairdressers but I am really glad that I gave them a go. I opted for a half head of highlights, cut and blow dry with a senior technician. She was really nice, not overly chatty but she understood what I wanted colour wise and was ... I work in London and have always had my hair done in town, but I saw the new Rush salon in Sevenoaks (where I live) and I'm sooooo glad I've found them! From the minute I walked into the salon I was pampered! They've got this gorgeous room where you have your hair washed and with the lights dimmed, I had the most divine head massage. I ... I am really shocked at these negative comments below I couldn't have a better experience! In the past i have gotten my haircut at various other hairdressers and I have never been so happy with my cut and colour. I was recommended to go by a friend and thought I would take advantage of the 50% offer that is currently in action. I paid a reasonable price which was not at all expensive for the quality of the cut and colour I got and it was worth every penny. In addition, the customer service I received was fantastic. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome and my stylist was friendly. Definelty recommend RUSH if you are looking for a high quality haircut for reasonable prices.

After having a dreadful experience with another salon near Strand I decided to try Rush as many of my colleagues had recommended it to me, so using their online offer I decided to get my haircut one evening after work. (not supposed to have the offer at night time but the manager let me heehee ;) ) My stylists name was Erny (i think ... Read the complete review

I went to the new shop in Ealing Broadway - normally, I would go to Toni and Guy, but there was a 50% offer on...Doubts started immediately when the stylist / colourist told me I couldn't have highlights. I was thinking of leaving, so he suddenly decided he could do them. He not only stripped out the home hair dye I'd used previously, but all of my natural colour, leaving long orange ropes instead of my usual dark hair. I ended up with ORANGE HAIR - I had asked for dark brown with caramel highlights - and had to go to Toni and Guy next day for a toner to at least make it look halfway normal. No way was I going back to Rush EVER. And on top of all that, even with the 50% offer, I had to pay £240!

I have been to Rush at Moorgate and again to Rush one new exchange. I foolishly thought the 50% offer was a good idea when i first had my hair cut at Moorgate. The cut then was disastrous, i have short hair and it was just all wrong. Then i thought the otherday, ill give the rush a go at the new Mall in one new exchange cheapside, and i ... RUSH Centrale Croydon (though having seen these reviews think that it applies to all Rush hairdressers): They will ruin your hair. I had a cut and colour and both were done with such unbelievable incompetence. My horror at the whole Rush concept was further compounded by their exceptionally bad customer service. Still tying to get my money back. They are simply out of their minds thinking that I would let them touch my hair again! I have absolutely no confidence in Rush at all. DO NOT go there. A -100 score from me. I have never encountered such bad hairdressing.

Do not fall for the 50% discount offer because even after the discount the services(or lack of it) are unreasonably priced. My hair cut and blow dry came to around 85 pounds and I wish I had paid that in a better salon. The salon looks trendy from outside. The hair cut looks fine but not worth the cost and experience. The management is non existent, I was asked for a drink but my requested drink was never provided. I had to wait for a long time even though I had an appointment and the hair stylists were not busy. I would not recommend this salon and won't be returning.

I am terrible at getting my hair cut - forget 6 weeks, I have been known to leave it for 6 months. I'm trying to be better though, and last month I had been doing some reading on the power of the moon. Ever heard about getting your hair cut when it's the full moon? https://morroccomethod.com/lunar-hair-chart gives a more comprehensive ... Read the complete review

My wife went there for blonde highlights. She came home crying ... The "blonde" color was brown. It was no change at all, I couldn't see any highlights..Next day I took her there to request fixing or money back. The man at the reception was not willing to bring the manager to talk to us. At my repeated requests to see the manager he called the Mall security to take us out from the shop. Luckily the security manager asked to see the manager so we could request the money back. Not yet resolved, but hopefully will resolve it soon. Rush it's the worst example of business I've ever seen. Definitely stay away. To me it deserves zero stars.

I only went to RUSH at One Exchange (In London) as they had a 50% colouring discount promotion. The highlights the hairdresser did was really on the "average" side and on parts of my head (main the front) she left a 1cm block, so basically my hair looks completely stripey and unnatural. Didnt complain first as I ... Read the complete review

I usually take advantage of Rush's numerous offers. However, if you go without one it will be one of the most expensive hair experiences you will ever have. Yes, the tea and coffee is free but be prepared to pay through the nose for everything else.Last time I went to Rush Camden, a cut, regrowth colour (roots only, not full head), a 'few' scattered highlights (offered as if they would be a minor addition ) and a blow dry came to around £200. You are charged for conditioner and toner on top and the blow dry is not part of the cut. To be honest, I would rather go to a salon in the West End if I am going to pay those kind of prices. Admittedly my hair was good - but I certainly can't afford that every 6 weeks!

--------------------Overview--------------- Usually I go to my local hairdressers and get my hair shaved for £6 but after letting my hair get far too out of hand (I looked like I had a mop on my head) I asked my girlfriend for advice and she suggested that I should try getting it styled. After asking her what style she thought I ... Read the complete review
