Advantages: Prevents Colour Fade, smells beautiful.

Disadvantages: None

I bought a bottle of this conditioner in the Pound Shop a few weeks ago and was impressed. Schwarzkopf is a good make and the bottle claimed to be for coloured hair which suited me.

I have long hair about shoulder length which is thick and coloured blonde and I also have some weaved highlights so it is generally a hairdressers mop which is serviced every 6 weeks. Without my GHDs it would be out of control, but I also need a good conditioner to prevent drying and splitting of what is essentially processed hair.

I also like to spend time in the sun in the summer and this conditioner has a UV filter which helps to prevent colour fade.

So my thoughts on the product. The most important thing I have to note is the smell of this, it is the most beautiful scent of any conditioner I have ever tried. It is absolutely gorgeous and when I have used it my husband often comments on the fragrance which stays in my hair all day. It is summer fresh and has a suntan/coconuts feel to it.

The conditioner is easy to apply and rinses off leaving no sticky residue, and the comb goes through the hair with ease leaving no tangles at all.

I can't fault this product and though I bought it in The Poundshop, which I have found to be a very good source of inexpensive branded hair products, it is also available in Superdrug and Boots where I have now purchased it regularly.

I was recently reading an online article which was in The Mirror newspaper. In this various ways of saving money by choosing really good but inexpensive products were suggested. With the credit crunch I think this is a helpful tool for anyone wanting to reduce their outgoings without compromising on quality.
In this article it recommends this product as it uses something called Scan Repair Complex which identifies the hairs which need treatment and repairs them without affecting the other hairs too much.

To read this article Google "How to bag the best cosmetics buys on a budget" and it will find it straight away.

Incidentally this article is a great read as it details many other products which work and save money.

So having first identified the product in the Poundshop I have had no hesitation in paying more for it elsewhere as it is a really good product-it has to be to cope with my mop! You can buy the matching shampoo as well and there are many other products in the range.

All in all a great buy and a product which not only works but leaves your hair smelling beautiful.

Summary: A Salon Quality Product At A Bargain Price.
