Advantages: Good for maintaining tangle-free hair; affordable

Disadvantages: None, really

I have purchased a couple of conditioners in the Gliss range over the past couple of years, mainly because they're often on sale for £1 at my local chemist's, and I don't always see the point in spending much on conditioner, as I wash my hair daily and it's not really on the dry side, so I don't need any fancy formulas, and tend to find the cheaper ones just as good. However, I do benefit from using conditioner, as most people do, to avoid tangles in my hair.

I decided to try the Oil Nutritive variety (on sale for £1) because I have long-ish hair, and it apparently benefits longer hair, and avoids split ends forming.

After shampooing my hair, I apply this conditioner to the middle to ends of my hair, and wait one or two minutes before rinsing it out. It smells pleasant, and quite sweet. After rinsing it off, my hair feels smooth. Not much of the scent is retained, but that isn't really an issue for me. When my hair is dry, it feels quite tangle-free and pleasant, so I think this conditioner certainly does the job. I have noticed that it does need the two minute wait; if it is rinsed off immediately then I am occasionally left with dry/frizzy areas in my hair.

Summary: A good value conditioner
