Advantages: Strong hold, keeps spikes together, wind resistent, accurate

Disadvantages: Flakes, difficult to wash

Schwartzkopf's got2b glued blasting freeze spray is definitely a product that stands out on the shelves. Bright yellow it is difficult to miss. It looks like a big can of silly string with the unusual spray cap. It claims to give you a screaming hold and literally freeze your hair in place.

I'm sure it really could, if you dared to use so much of the stuff. This product beats any hair spray I've used in the past at protecting my hair from vigorous winds and
actually seems to stand a chance against the unforgiving climate. The purpose of the product is to give extreme hold for those crazy styles that just won't stay put with regular sprays. Of course it can be used like a regular hair spray aswell if applied in moderation.

Using
------

It is 300ml and has a lot in it to last you a good few months which is fair enough for the almost £4 price tag. The spraying cap is highly accurate and shoots powerful burst of the stuff, not a product that you need to hold down the button all the time. Just little sprays here and there and all is well. The accuracy allows you to avoid spraying areas accidentally.

The smell isn't as strong as other hair sprays and seems pretty light. Got2b glued blasting freeze spray does what it says, it holds your hair in place. Depending on how
much you use, you could have barely noticeable strong hold with a bit of flex or frozen solid hair. The distance at which you spray is very important if you don't want a head of unmoveable hair. Spraying far away you can get a light spray with your hair still being soft.

A product can't be perfect, neither is the got2b spray. I find that after I've sprayed my hair in place, if I want to touch it up a bit you can start to see a very small amount of
white flaking which is unsightly so of you only plan to use the spray and not any kind of wax then try to be quite when styling after spraying.

Results
-------

Once you are done with your style it should stay there assuming you have used enough. I find that it sometimes makes invidual hair strands rise and curl making your hair look a little frizzy since there isn't as much on that strand as the surrounding hairs,

Wind: Holds out well against wind. Depending on how much you use, your hair could sustain fairly high winds. As for typhoons... uhm... I have no idea! But I doubt you'll
be worrying about your hair in such a situation.

Rain: There isn't much that hair products can do against rain since they are designed to be washed out of your hair. I find it to be slightly more water resistant than your
typical hair spray and holds for longer so some light rain should be fine.

Warning
---------
Unfortunately this product can be difficult to wash out of your hair, this depends on how much you use of course. If it is for a spiky style that needs a lot of hold then you
might need to wash your hair twice to get all of it out. You may also find some of the spray actually still on your skin such as your neck.

DON'T comb / brush your hair with the freeze spray still in it. Not only might you lose a few hairs, it will be hard to brush through and the product will begin to flake. I
recommend washing it out of your hair rather than brushing if you are using a lot. This is for the benefit of your hair.

Conclusion
------------

This hairspray is for extreme styles so it is possibly best for just that. I recommend using a less powerful hairspray for if you have long hair and are barely styling it. Otherwise, this product is great at keeping your hair the way it was when you last looked into the mirror.

Summary: It's definitely worth a try

Great review. I wonder if this is what the twins on Xfactor use?!
