PERMANENT??!! I DONT THINK SO!! (Schwarzkopf Live)

Advantages: none so far..

Disadvantages: it doesnt stay in your hair for long enough! its supposed to be permanent.. and it isnt!

i bought the LIVE cyber purple colour, and had it put in 5 weeks ago by a friend who is a hairdresser.
5 weeks later the colour has almost disappeared completely! im soo disappointed, apart from spending money and time, on this product expecting something that would last a long time as it is supposed to be PERMANENT, i had heard good things about the LIVE products. but here i am, feeling upset that this is not the case with me.
i loved the original colour, but as each week has gone by, i noticed the colour gradually going from purple to my normal brown hair colour... this should NOT happen with a permanent colour!!!
i have written an email to the company.. and i hope they do right thing and send me an apology and another pack of colour to try again.. im hoping that it was just one single dodgy pack.. fingers crossed....

Summary: not impressed with this product..
