I'm always dying my hair, it cheers me up when I'm a bit fed up and it can alter the way you feel.

I've never used Schwarzkopt Live before and went into a shop called Savers before the New Year and saw it on the shelf priced at 3.49.
I usually pay around 5.00 for my hair dye, so was surprised to see this so cheap.
The colour I chose is cool champagne.
Having recently gone light brown and not liking it, I thought it best to dye my hair again for the new year.
New year new look.

The package is dark blue with a woman with blonde hair on the front.
Inside the box is a bottle of live colour gel and a developer bottle, this has a twist off lid and fits inside the developer bottle. No more mess!
You just twist the two together and shake to mix, this does take a few minutes though as they are both thick liquids.

Apply this mixture all over the hair, leave for 30 minutes and yipee, blonde again.
You can leave the mixture on for less time if you want it to wash out after 6-8 washes or you can have it washing out for up to 24 washes.
I prefer permanent as you get better results on the colour.
After the prefered time limit, rinse the liquid off, make sure it's all out, then apply the colour tube conditioner. This does make a huge difference to the feel of your hair, it instantly smooths and softens the hair, as well as taking the smell of the hair dye away.

I love the end results of this hair dye, it does smell a bit whilst using, but not like the bleachy smell of my normal choice of colour.
I'm quite impressed really especially at the price, I wasn't expecting it to come out just as well as it has, usually when you buy a cheap product you expect to have to re-do the hair dye to get the colour you want.

There's also a pair of rubber gloves inside the packet, attached to the instruction leaflet.
Don't forget to use these as it will irritate your skin if you d
on't use them and always read the instructions carefully, it's no joke ending up with a strange colour of hair.

Well, I drank champagne at the new year and now I have champagne blonde hair, lets see if blondes have more fun!
