Advantages: My hair is clean, soft, and manageable
Disadvantages: None
I have already told you about Schwarzkopf Supersoft Nourishing Shampoo so know I'll tell you about the matching conditioner. Again this was part of a year 2000 Christmas present - the year I had lots and lots of sets of shampoo and conditioner - so it does mean that I am only just getting round to trying some of them. I apologise therefore if this product is now out of fashion! Anyway, here goes, last week I washed my hair using Schwarzkopf (the spell check can cope with this now!) Supersoft Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner, and, as I have already told you about the shampoo I am now going to tell you all about the conditioner. It's only fair after all - I can?t leave you shampooed and not conditioned can I? The conditioner comes in a 300ml green plastic squeezable container about five inches high and about four inches wide. It is quite flat being only about an inch deep. The plastic of the container is pale green in colour with a darker, somewhat brighter green flip top lid. This matches the container for the corresponding shampoo, so they do look quite smart together on my bathroom shelf. The conditioner itself is pale green in colour and is nice and thick. Like the shampoo it is enriched with extracts of Aloe Vera and Rosemary, but it actually smells even nicer than the shampoo, as the fragrance is a bit stronger in the conditioner. To use the conditioner you just apply a small amount evenly onto your wet hair after shampooing, preferably with Schwarzkopf Supersoft Nourishing Shampoo, leave it for one to two minutes and then rinse out thoroughly. This conditioner is designed to do the following: Promote the silkiness and lustre of your hair. Enhance the shine. Improve the strength Provide moisture rich replenishment Improve manageability Rinse away easily so as not to weigh the hair down Help to protect hair from heat styling damage Leave hair in a healthy condition Obv
iously you are advised to use this product with the matching shampoo, which is exactly what I did, and it is suitable for frequent use. I found that it left my hair very soft and shiny and of course clean. Initially when I began to blow dry it I thought that it was going to be too soft to style as I don't use any styling gel or wax, but once I had finished it has stayed in place very well indeed and that's without using hair spray either. My hair has stayed clean and soft for 4 or 5 days, which is about the same length of time as with any other shampoo and conditioner so, I am happy enough with that. Unfortunately, as I said about the shampoo, I can't tell you how much it costs or where you can get it from as mom bought it for me over a year ago and these days she has trouble remembering what she did yesterday so it's no good asking her where she got it from after all this time! I have checked on the Wellbeing web site and it's not there so it doesn't look as though it came from Boots, and it's not of the Tesco web site either. I would guess that she might well have bought it from Superdrug so I'll have to have a look when I?m next in town. Schwarzkopf do have a web site at www.schwarzkopf.com (surprisingly enough) but I couldn't find any information about ordinary products there. It was all fashion styles and designer stuff.
