Advantages: Great coconut smell, lasts a while, not too expensive.

Lately I must admit that my shopping choices have been dictated more by purse and less by preference. So instead of heading for trusted boots I decided while in Liverpool I would take advantage of the great shopping. I had quite a bit to buy so was looking for a bargain and I was not disappointed. I got a bottle of the supersoft shampoo and the conditioner and managed to get them in Wilkinsons (I wish Edinburgh had one) for around £2 for the two 400ml bottles!

I must admit that the packaging did not really catch my eye. The bottle of shampoo is pale brown (not really my favourite colour) with a picture of an open coconut on the front. There is the usual flip top lid and the shampoo comes out with a little squeeze. It is not too runny or thin and it doesn't feel sticky either which is something I have hated with other shampoos.

The smell is one of the best things about it. I love the smell of coconut, I think it reminds me of being on holiday and I would say that it is quite strongly scented so if you don't like coconut then stay away from this one! I have found my hair to be soft after using it a couple of times and smells lovely so I am going to continue using this.

Having had a few shampoo and conditioner brands leave me with either an itchy scalp or a rash I am happy to say that this is not the case with my lovely new schwarzkopf shampoo and I intend to buy this again. My 400ml shampoo and 400ml conditioner have lasted a few weeks and considering I have long hair I don't feel that I have had to use a lot of product each time.

I have spotted this in quite a few shops and it is one of the cheaper products to buy so give this a try.

Summary: A great bargain!
