      Very helpful

      I wouldn't be without a bottle now

I discovered Thickefy Foam when a new hairdresser used it on my hair to incredible effect and I decided on the spot that I had to buy some to have at home!

I have quite fine hair that tends to hang limply and styles generally go flat quite quickly without tons of hairspray to hold them in place. I've used many many volumising products over the years so consider myself to be an expert of sorts and can categorically say that Sebastian Thickefy Foam is the best I've ever used.

It feels and goes on the hair sort of like a mousse but with a slightly different texture, like a mousse its applied to towel dried hair before styling and it works best if you can work it right into the roots of your hair but leave the ends as they are. When you dry and style your hair the product is 'activated' and creates real lift and volume in fine hair. It works best if you are able to take the time to really carefully blow dry your hair section by section but even when I just blast my hair quickly this foam still makes a huge difference to the volume.

The great thing about Thickefy Foam is that it lasts all day, or until you next wash your hair. Your hair does feel genuinely thicker, as though more of it has miraculously grown overnight! If like me you get self conscious about flat and limp hair then this product gets rid of that and you can feel genuinely confident that your hair looks good without having to keep teasing and fluffing it!

The drawback of this product though is the price, at around £17 for 200ml its pretty pricey. You don't need to use a huge amount each time though, a blob the size of a walnut is enough to give my shoulder length hair plenty of volume. I don't use it every day but tend to save it for special or important occasions.

Thickefy Foam isn't available in supermarkets or Boots etc. you can get it from certain hairdressers or online, I haven't found anywhere that sells it significantly cheaper than the price I pay though sadly.

I can't praise this product enough, its like the miracle volumiser I've been waiting for all my life, I highly recommend it to anyone with finer hair who has been disappointed with cheaper products.
