I have been using gel for a couple of years now, some days are good but some are bad. There are many different gels for many different styles. Here's one I have started using recently having had my hair cut rather short. Wella's Shockwaves Ultrastrong Max Hold Gel, its a story of two halves. I have curly hair, it really is a state sometimes. I get my hair cut very often to aviod this but sometimes I find I can't be bothered getting up to go to the barbers and it grows. Shockwaves Ultimate Effects Wonder Gel comes in a nice shiny orange 150ml tube. The strength of the gel is indicated on the tube by a set of notches, this one being 4 notches. I presume this is to make it easy in terms of comparison with other products in the Shockwaves range. When you squeeze the gel into your hand it comes out as a clear but slightly misty liquid.
