Hello, i am a new user on this site which i found on my quest to find out if i could get any information about the whereabouts of the St. Ives Swiss Formular Hair Repair Intensive Conditioning Treatment. I was first introduced to the product by my older sister. She was returning from working abroad for several years and had a couple of bottles in her wash bag. I noticed her hair always smelt of mint and looked healty and conditioned. My sister had course hair so the improvement was instant. Well of course, as a younger sister i had to give myself a treat and releaved her of some of her Swiss Formula Hair Repair, without her knowing of course. That was it, i was hooked. Without a doubt this was the best hair treatment i have ever used. But alais my quest has lead me to dead end s. Where is it gone, the journey has led me from Ireland to England in search of the only product that could tame my locks when i had them. In latter years keeping my hair slicky and shiny. Please some one find me this product as i need to stock up for the next recession. thank you for reading. Maxxxie.xxxx
this intensive conditioner is the best conditioner i have ever used. I really wish they still made it my hair has not been the same since they stop making it. Actually when they stop making this conditioner that is the biggest mistake St. Ives has ever made, i am a licensed barber and i always used this product on my clients as well as myself. I also referred alot of costumers to use this product at home as well as family and strangers on the street. I always received compliments on my hair due to this conditioner itself and it kinda threw me all out of wack when they stopped making it because, i can't find a conditioner anywhere that even comes close to this conditioner, i even wanted to get my own personal supply delivered to me personally if it was possible. I hope that if someone reads this from St. Ives they will have enough common sense to put this conditioner back on the market. Sell it as bulk in the beauty salons or something let people order it for their own personal use if possible, shot if possible open a store and i will do anything i can to move your products. I can brag on this conditioner due to me using this conditioner for years; even when i put relaxers in my hair this conditioner kept my hair from being chemically damaged, it actually helped my hair stay moisturized and stronger when i put it in my hair, and the sensation on my scalp from this conditioner was awesome, the smell was fantastic, and i was always asked what my secret was. When the company stopped making this one conditioner i stopped buying St. Ives products all together well except the apricot facial scrub, that is awesome too. but i Had a St. Ives Bathroom, and now its just a bathroom with a linen closet of confusion. a shampoo here and conditioner there 4 to 5 different lotions that just doesnt give my skin that uuuummmph. What can i say............the conditioner was my sauki and whats the point of having sauki cups without the sauki pitcher. I really seriously hope that someone from St. Ives reads this and talk to someone in marketing about bringing my conditioner back; it doesnt matter what anyone says this conditioner works better than any conditioner that would, could, or probably is made today; but they cant touch this intensive conditioner. Ive never been good in selling myself, but when it came to this conditioner my hair pratically spoke for itself, and i could sell this conditioner to a bald headed man. I do so miss this Conditioner. Well, thank you for taking the time to read this and know that all your products are good products, but i guess you know this, and as you can tell i really liked this specific conditioner and i used it along with alot of your other products, hair care and skin care. Now without it, everything else seems to be useless; It really worked so i dont understand why you stop making it, i am lost without it concerning my hair and it did upset me when you stop selling it sometimes i still try to see if it is someone who might still have one container left on the shelf under some dust or something. Please, Please, put this conditioner back on the market or at least allow someone to purchase it for personal use, salon use something please. For any comments or questions you have for my review you can reach me @ KATCHIOGO2007@YAHOO.COM. Please contact me; it took me all these years just to find your actual website so as a #1 costumer of your products please contact me; you could really change the hair industry with this condtioner especially the salons for african american women who receives relaxers. thank you
This conditioner cost me £3.95 from morrisons, you dont need a lot of it as it goes a long way and the pump action dispenser allows you to dispense the required amount needed for your hair so there is very little waste.
The conditioner is very thick and has an over powering smell of mint which does fade after swilling it off your hair but is still slightly noticable but not as strong as other brands.
I use this conditioner once a week to put back some of the essential oils and vitamins i have striped from my hair with dyes and heated hair curlers, dryers and streightners.
You dont need to use this every time you wash your hair as it does a realy good job and only takes two minutes.
It leaves my hair very soft, not too fly away and in very good shiny condition, this is a must for anyone with damaged hair it realy does work wanders.
Saint Ives Swiss Formula Intensive Conditioning Treatment Changed my life, I used to have hair that was in terrible shape before I started using it, I discovered this product when I was 17 years old, by a complete and total accident. My step dad has thin, and also hard to manage hair, and he raved about how wonderful this product was, so I borrowed some of us, and to say the least I was hooked instantly. I'm sure it started to bug him because I would use his all the time. The intensity of the herbs, turned what once was seemingly untamable, into the hair like a Goddess. The smell is also very aromatic and relaxing, and I recommend this product to anybody that wants help obtaining what seems to be unobtainable, if it worked for me so wonderfully, it might work for you to.
For those of you who have an over-dry hair problem, and have been searching for "the hair product" that will moisturise your hair and leave it softer and shinier, this is the product. It's made out of rosemary and mint (makes your hair smell mostly of mint) and you use it after shampooing your hair, leaving it in for 2 minutes. I've been having problem dry hair for years due to a lot of chemical treatment (straightening, colouring etc.) and I've never really found a product that worked long term. Now I have! You will be able to feel some difference in your hair after you've used it once but after more use will you find a more significant difference.
