I use this shampoo maybe once or twice a month as it is wonderful at giving your hair body and fullness, but with disadvantages too. The first is the smell, quite powerful and at times can be overwhelming...it actually makes my eyes water it's so strong, with a rather unpleasant chemical odour to it. Your hair will feel thicker after using the product, but I also found it left my hair rather heavy and dull, the natural shine seemed to have disappeared altogether and my hair felt much less smooth to the touch, almost as if I hadn't rinsed properly!
