I have had some pretty bright hair colours (see profile pic!) and am always on the lookout for newer, brighter, more resilient colours as having fluorescent coloured hair is a lot of maintenance! After being a regular user of rusk hair colours (great - check them out!) I found a Stargazer stockist (which can be few and far between) that had the "Cherry" colour, which is a very very vibrant red/pink colour.

The packaging is a very simple, small rectangular cardboard box with Stargazer written on it in white. The colour of the box indicated the colour of the dye inside. The directions for usage also feature on the box. There are gloves provided in the box - this is not stuff you want to get all over your hands!

To apply all you need to do is massage into washed hair and leave on from 5 to 20 mins. I would suggest leaving it on for at least half an hour at least as this colour does have a tendency to not take very well. Once the development time is over you just rinse out with a a shower and keep an eye on your bathroom walls!
Only apply this product to blonde/bleached hair - it does not contain any kind of lighteners and will not have any effect on darker hair.

The colour result is very vibrant...however, take extra care to ensure your hair is evenly covered otherwise it will be patchy!! Also, after a few days you will begin to notice it dulling. Unfortunately regardless of any precautions you take this stuff comes off on everything! If you have white pillow covers, don't use them. When you wash your hair again you will notice a significant change in the vibrancy of the colour...so you will need to do it quite often and at £4 a pop, im not entirely sure it's worth the hassle.

This stuff is amazing for a quick fix or a night out - but don't expect it to last!
