As some of you may know, I have stupidly long thick hair. So it must be quite straight? I wish. My hair does everything it can in it's power to annoy me (I think it has its own personality), it kinks, it is full of frizz, it has a whole wavy thing going on, and when blow dried it looks like I have literally been dragged through a hedge backwards! I am a great fan of Sunsilks hair products, so when I saw Sunsilk Silky and Straight sitting there on a shelf in Tesco's, I had to grab it quick before it took one look at my hair and decided to run! The Product Sunsilk Silky and Straight shampoo Availability and Price This ... Read the complete review

My hair is quite frankly mad this time of year! I can make it poker straight with my straighteners and within minutes of walking out the door I have a triangle hair do again! My hair is not curly at all just .... well ... puffy! Whilst walking around Wilkinsons the other day I noticed this 200ml bottle for 95p, naturally I wasn't expecting much for that price. The label asks 'Do your kinks and frizz mean you are stuck between straight and curly, neither one nor the other?' YES! I cried, and in the basket it went! I have seen this in Tesco's too. + Packaging + The bottle is just too cute, its pale purple with a darker purple lid. The ... Read the complete review

I must admit that I only tried this shampoo because it was on 2 for 1 at Tesco and I bought the conditioner to go with it. I've tended to stick to Herbal Essence for a while and did fancy a change but wasn't sure which one to try since there are so many that claim to make your hair controllable. This has to be one of the best changes I've made in a while though as it leaves your hair not only straight but really shiny and manageable after using the conditioner of the same type. I've got shoulder length straight hair with layers but I find that in damp weather the ends of the layers do tend to frizz up a bit at times. I need something to help the straightening ... I first brought this shampoo along with the matching conditioner a few weeks ago from my local 99p store for well 99p and in truth I only brought it because it was so cheap and Im currently looking for a cheaper replacment to the Tresemme brand that I normally use, which is just getting to expensive to buy on a regular basis. And I have to say I was very pleasantly suprised with this sunsilk range and it has certainly earned a place in my bathroom as a permanant fixture and Im glad I took a chance on a brand which I hadnt heard all that much about! Appearance & Packaging: This particular type of sunsilk comes in a light purple sort of tube which has a ... Read the complete review

My hair has always been fizzy but growing up I always just used whatever my Mum had bought. When I got to about 15, I tried Herbal Essence as a friend had said she used it and liked it. I found it made my hair really greasy and just didn't get on with it at all. Another friend of mine used the Sunsilk Silky Smooth and I thought I would give it a try. That was about 6 years ago and I am still using it now. You can buy the Shampoo, Conditioner and the hair cream and they work wonders for my mad, frizzy hair. The shampoo comes in a 200ml bottle, it's now upside down with the lid at the bottom and the bottle is purple. You usually can expect to pay ... Read the complete review
