T3 is like Royalty in the hair care world. If you have never heard of the brand you will wonder how you ever managed without it. Going from a standard hairdryer to one of these babies is like going from a knackered old banger to a sleek sports car - there is no comparison.

T3 make dryers, flat irons, curling irons, brushes and select styling products.

I had the featherweight T3 dryer since it first came out around 2004. It still works just fine, no problems at all. When I heard that a new version was coming out, I couldn't resist, so my sister is the very happy owner of the Featherweight, and I own the Evolution - T3's fastest drying, top performing blow dryer.

I dry my hair nearly every day, and can confirm all of the above. If you are going from a standard dryer to this, there are a few things you should know. The first is that it is really hot! I mean HOT! You may think that it is going to ruin your hair - leave it fried even. But thanks to the special Tourmaline and softaire flow system, I promise you it doesn't. I do always make sure the dryer is moving a bit though, you don't need to hover over one spot for ages. Which brings me on to the next point -

The 70% faster drying time is true! I can hardly remember the bad old days when I seemed to be drying my hair for hours. This is thanks to the airflow being full to the brim with negative ions that break down water molecules into minescule droplets that evaporate incredibly fast. It's all science to me...

Frizz free, no doubt about it. I never have a problem with frizz - ever.

It is truly lightweight compared to other dryers.


Positives:-
All of the above. It is also a nice shape and well balanced to hold. Looks very professional. Comes with a removable concentrator nozzle. There is a warranty if bought from an authorized retailer. To activate the warranty, you can register your serial number on the T3 website (www.t3micro.com).

Negatives:-
Only one, and that is the price. The cheapest you will probably find this online is around the £100 mark. I highest I have seen it online is 169.99, so you really need to shop around.
