Advantages: great price and clean hair!

Tesco has a great range of shampoos available on the market and their anti - dandruff range is one of my particular favourites.

What is most appealing about their range is the price! You can buy a bottle of the shop brand anti dandruff shampoo for under one pound, where as one of the leading brands can cost up to three pounds, yet in my experience they do much the same job.

The bottle is simply designed and has a flip top lid. This is not brilliant however, as it can often become clogged up with shampoo residue which gets annoying as it means the lid cannot close down properly...which in turn can cause a problem when travelling with it!

The shampoo has a very pleasant smell, yet does not smell as 'medicated' as the leading brands. I think this is in part due to their being some differences in the ingredients in the shop and brand leaders.

The shampoo comes out of the bottle really easily and a little goes a long way. It creates a great lather which feels mild enough to use everyday. The colour is the same as the leading brand and the thickness and texture feels the same, it does not however have as pleasant scent as the leading brand.

Washing out is easy enough and I find that a brief shower will clear it out from my hair. I do not like washing this product out in the bath though, as I find that it makes the water very cloudy.... that just may be me though!

I find that frequent use of this shampoo is great and I do not have dandruff...which is what I am ultimately concerned about and the price of the product allows me to ensure that this is something that I can afford to keep up.

Looking good when you are out and about is important and I hate ever having dandruff. This shampoo ensures that I never have dandruff and that my hair looks good.

I would suggest that as well as this shampoo, which is medicated, you may consider using another non medicated shampoo on occasion to further boost your hair.

This is a really great product and definately, one of the best shop branded products I have discovered in recent years.
