Advantages: Moisturises well, Lovely scent, Cheap.

Disadvantages: None really!

I actually bought this conditioner to use to condition my makeup brushes every now and then. I needed something relatively cheap but also "natural" (I know, I know, just because they stick the word Coconut on it doesn't make it natural, but you know what I mean! None of these colour depositing products etc). When I gave this product a sniff in Tesco I was instantly sold - divine! Just enough coconut scent to linger for a while, but not be overpowering or overly artificial. At something like 98p a bottle (500ml) I would have been foolish not to try it.

Suitable for everyday use, Tesco "Coconut Conditioner" has been specially formulated with natural extracts to leave hair feeling soft, healthy an manageable. It is marketed for dry / damaged hair and is not tested on animals by or for Tesco. It is packaged in a tall white plastic bottle with a flip top lid through which you can easily dispense the product. They advise you to use within twenty four months of opening and for best results to use with thier "Coconut Shampoo".

As planned I used it for my brushes after a deep clean and it left them extremely soft and conditioned, so no complaint there. Then one day in the shower I realised I was out of my regular conditioner and decided to give this product a go on my own hair - what a surprise!
I always leave my conditioner in for a while longer than the bottle states, really massaging it into the lengths and letting it sit for a few extra minutes.
It was pleasant enough to use, nice and thick and rinsed out easily leaving my hair feeling tangle free and smooth. Once dried and straightened it felt just as good (which for someone with hair as chemically treated as mine is a rareity!).
The scent lingers nicely throughout the next few days, as does the smooth, tangle free texture.

I usually use Kerastase shampoos and conditioners, so it's a welcome - and cheap - break from those! I will admit that it's not quite as good as some of the more expensive products I have used, but for 98p it's definately, definately worth it.
My (fake) platinum blonde friend uses this conditioner religiously too, she says it's the only thing that keeps her tresses fluffy and non brassy, so might be worth thinking about if you have similar hair colour.

Not sure what else I can say really?... Give it a try, it won't break the bank if it doesn't work for you and at least your makeup brushes will thank you! :-)

Summary: A+
