Tesco Coconut Shampoo
Advantages: Cheap, and lathers up well
Disadvantages: When first opening the bottle you get a little too much
Wow i am going to eat my shampoo (i am just not sure how many calories it contains).
Tesco Coconut Shampoo is fantastic. (As some of you who have read my reviews probably know i am on a bit of a tesco brand mission).
Tesco Shampoo and conditioner comes in a white bottles with a brown and white label on the front of the bottle with a picture of a open coconut. The shampoo is for Dry/Damaged hair, which is great for me the amount of colour and products i put in my hair. The lid is a pop up lid and clip down. Both the shampoo and conditioner cost 99p each bottle so a whole cleansing for hair for £1.98 not bad at all.
On the back of the bottle it says: - Tesco Coconut shampoo is suitable for everyday use and has been specially formulated with natural extract to help leave your hair feeling soft, healthy and manageable.
It has directs for use.
Tesco promise (about returning)
Tesco Address and phone number and website
Environmental information - so you can recycle this bottle.
And best of all the product is not tested on animals.
I have really long hair and probably use two dollops of shampoo the size of 50p's (I guess less if you have short hair).
The shampoo lathers up really well and smells so good i could eat it, being with the title it obviously smells of coconut. The smell is like that summer holiday smell and immediately makes me want to go on holiday or eat loads of bounty's. The shampoo washes very easily out of the hair, as soon as i have washed the shampoo out the hair i follow up using the Coconut conditioner, which i tend to leave in for a minute.
When my hair is dried and blow-dried it feels very soft and smooth.
I have to say the only downside to this product is that when you first start using it lets out more shampoo than you want to use so you end up spilling a little in the bath, but for 99p who cares. After you have used it a couple of times though you do not have this problem.
If you are on a credit crunch like me i would suggest giving this ago as it not at all bad.
Summary: Really good for a cheap product
