I dye my hair quite frequently. I have naturally moussey coloured hair and prefer it to be somewhat darker. I always try and use a shampoo especially for colour treated hair in order to keep it in the best condion possible and prevent any damage. I alternate between 2 brands Schwarchkoff and The Body Shop's Brazil Nut Rich Shampoo.
