The packaging is nice, a simple plastic bottle with a flip top lid. The lid opens very easily but it shuts tightly enough for you to easily pack it in a bag without it spilling. Even though the packaging looks very simple and quite plain, it still manages to have that high quality feel that most Body Shop products possess.

It is a fairly runny shampoo, with a really nice refreshing guarana berry scent. The scent is not strong in a overpowering way but it is strong enough to make an impact and make it really nice to use.

It lathers well and I only need to use a fairly small amount even on my long hair. The lather does not feel luxurious, but it is nice enough to use. It feels quite strange on my hair, and I almost feel as though it's clinging to the hair and making it dirtier rather than cleaning it.

It rinses out easily but no matter how much I rinse it out my hair never feels clean while still wet, which is not a nice feeling. But once it's dried it feels lovely and clean and fresh, which is very strange!

My hair feels soft and smooth and looks pretty good after using this, but it doesn't feel or look fuller, thicker or more volumized. I've used my bottle up now and even regular use did not have any effect on the fullness or body of my hair.

All in all this is a pretty good shampoo, just not for volumizing.
